How credit periods work
The allowance you see belongs to a defined period.
Signup trial. Every eligible new institution receives 2,000 credits once for its first month. The grant is free, does not repeat, and expires when the trial period ends.
Monthly allowances. Full package and launch-offer credits are issued for their defined monthly cycle. Unused monthly credits expire at the cycle boundary and do not roll over.
Purchased top-ups. A separately purchased 2,000-credit top-up costs 29 GEL once and remains available until used. It does not expire or renew automatically.
